Staying at this hotel was a delight, especially with excellent access to the tranquil upper queen's park just a short walk away and only a brief stroll to the beautiful shakespearean gardens that made for perfect leisurely explorations. overall, the hotel offered a comfy base for our adventures through the city and I loved being able to wander around so easily.

We had an awesome time with friends! The staff was super friendly and even remembered our names. We loved the included breakfast and complimentary laundry service. The hotel made it easy to visit local spots like the theater and parks. Don’t miss the gourmet fortune cookies in your room—they're a fun treat!

However, we had a hiccup with the breakfast charge at checkout. Even though it was supposedly included, we weren’t informed, and it was a bit frustrating to sort out the bill.

Perfect spot for a family getaway!

The room was super spacious with comfy beds, and my daughter loved the cute cookie hotline. Breakfast was nice, but I kinda wished they had more options like pastries. The location was fantastic – just a quick walk to the theater! Staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

I stayed in a King Room with Garden View. The room was huge and had a lovely patio for morning coffee. Super clean and stylish with elegant touches everywhere. The bathroom was amazing, definitely a highlight! Also, there were complimentary water bottles and the cutest cookie ordering line. Really felt special here!
