Tried it so you don’t have to!
Every staff member was warm and attentive a true embodiment of service excellence. The food was outstanding I highly recommend trying dinner at the restaurant you won’t regret it.
The refusal to accommodate a late checkout request felt disappointing considering the hotel’s overall quality. It left us with a somewhat inconvenient timing for our departure.

A classy hotel with incredible attention to detail and service.
We ran into issues with our dinner reservations, which was disheartening. I felt embarrassed that my oversight affected our evening plans. Despite their best efforts, we couldn't enjoy a dinner at the expected time, leaving me feeling disappointed at missing out on the hotel's touted dining experience.

We had an awesome time with friends! The staff was super friendly and even remembered our names. We loved the included breakfast and complimentary laundry service. The hotel made it easy to visit local spots like the theater and parks. Don’t miss the gourmet fortune cookies in your room—they're a fun treat!
However, we had a hiccup with the breakfast charge at checkout. Even though it was supposedly included, we weren’t informed, and it was a bit frustrating to sort out the bill.

Perfect spot for a family getaway!
The room was super spacious with comfy beds, and my daughter loved the cute cookie hotline. Breakfast was nice, but I kinda wished they had more options like pastries. The location was fantastic – just a quick walk to the theater! Staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
